this is one outing without the 78 curse!
because 15 people turned up:D

so we arranged to meet at 6.30 @ wine culture.
ying kim dave zongyi and i arrived there at 7.30pm!
because ying kim dave pam and i had to buy groceries for some p.ubin trip.
we arranged to meet at 4.00pm at coro NTUC, and ended starting the real shopping at 5plus 6pm.
hmms, and crazy zongyi came to meet us.
he was too free and decided to walk from Newton MRT to Wine culture!!

okay, so we promptly took a bus from coro. alighted at the wrong bus stop and walked for half an hour to the correct place.. where we realised they were waiting for many others too!!
meeting at 6.30 was the original plan but we started eating at around 8.30pm.
and i felt so cheated by the waiter.

their whole chicken is like totally puny, costing us 24 bucks.
one mini plate of vegetables was their biggest portion costing 12 bucks..
so not filling..its reasonable though, we only paid 5 bucks each.

but we walked over to KAP macs to eat again cos we were super unsatisfied and they took very long to prepare the dishes!
we walked for another half an hour. :)

we played asshole dai dee & stuff.. and revealed the angel mortal game. in a really anyhow manner
zongyi was my angel, i was nick's angel and nick was zongyi's angel.
we are a loop!! i should have guessed it was zongyi! who else was so lame.. haha
heng we picked each other, cos from what i observe, we are quite happening compared to some who only had one or two mails, or had no news from their angel!!

ying and i planned to meet at 9 @ boon lay mrt to go to this new sports complex
but we left our homes at 9am in the end. and had to run almost one whole round around the bus interchange to catch our bus!
whoever made the interchange to be a circlular structure is silly.

the sports complex. its rather secluded.. but there's quite a lot of people living around there.. and it has a swimming pool almost like the jurong east one..

so ying and i had a lame game of badminton in which she just refused to run for the ball.
so i made her declare a few times: 'i will run. i will not slack. i will do my best'
but it was pointless

in the end, we couldnt beat this old man and his grandson in badminton.
they approached us to play doubles.. and we were trashed like siow.
even his grandson was like so unexcited playing with us. as if we were totally hopeless.. roars.

i had to send a connie back to HK @ changi
and we had little time to spare. so we ran and ran from the complex to the bus stop to catch the bus. then at the interchange, we were very late and had to run after the bus to my house. and this was what we saw on the bus.. a page of wo bao on the glass panel with extremely accurate translations of some chinese phrases..
and then we had a mad rush of bathing and changing and bringing the neccessary things & dumping the sports equipment and towels and stuff out of our bags..

it was pouring like crazy and ying was my non-slip mat.. or i would have slipped on the road about a million times..
we rushed through the rain to the nearest MRT which is super far.. which defeated the purpose of bathing in the end. cos we were hot and sweaty and sticky by then.

anyways, at airport, we stopped running for the day.
we sent connie off.. which was quite hilarious cos ying and connnie never knew each other :p
& after that, ying and i went to liying's shop to eat her delicious western food!!!
super nice and super bigg serving. we almost died eating.. yum yums after that ying and i went to bras basar complex or something. whatever you call that building near bugis.
and went to art friend
we found loads of interesting stuff around there, even a new friend!!
in the end, i went back to church for prayer meeting and we were both wet and freezing from the bus air con. but we managed to smile a little

i hate rainy days!

I'm broke.
I am left with 41 dollars to buy xmas presents and survive for the rest of the year
but anyway..i bought ren wen's present & finalised shroom's presents.

i hope chieh likes it
she's gonna be stuck in HK forever..
i finally packed all my random curtains and bedsheets stuff into my new ikea box. or rather the one i bought last month -.-
and dumped it on the top of my wardrobe.
but i still have half a dozen of random shoe boxes packed with random stuff i dont know what to do with.. -.-
at least i gave away my enormous pile of GP materials to ning today.
i hope its useful for her, arts people will probably just end up doing philosophical qns we sciency down to earth ppl will never ever bother with.

im going to p. bukom with jo again. i hope i learn free style and with yanling and peilin too (:

and i can go OBS!!
i've never gone to obs thanks to SARS i think
vaguely rmb but that year we had to book the MOE camp site on a tight schedule which included a public holiday.
and there was no OBS dates available.

yayys. i hope i do not intrude on their plans though:)
and after OBS i will have to rush home to bathe and go for svc
hope it'll be really fun :):)

my computer has officially gave up on me and gone on a strike
i now have to live with an older computer
but its rather fine, just that i dont have my favourites and stuff
i think blogging and youtube killed it.
i heard xiaomei killed meiyi's com the same way. ha.

i have resolved to buy an apple laptop.
virus free, hang free, and not free..
so i have to earn more marneeyyy. bleahhs

my parents and sister had to go in here the minute they stepped into the airport!

i like dogs and he like the chicken bones from my lunch

we went to a monkey school
super ex and animal abuse-ive!!
but it was fun seeing my mother super scared of monkeys
she's practically afraid of everything alive
even humans!!

our flight back to singapore was delayed
and so we had fun spotting spelling errors in the phuket airport

i don't feel like sleeping but i have a million things on the list to do tomorrow morning before i go over to the class chalet..
i'll upload all the photos and stuff after that on saturday probably.
