no, i did not soak in sea water and sun tann all day in bintan without drinking much water.
i only had 3 extra bottles of water to bring back home from bintan, meaning i drank a bottle and a half for 3 days.

no, i did not willfully continue eating keropok after keropok even though I am sick.
well, at least i drank 2 full cups of water and $8 worth of leng leong.

no i did not continue eating black pepper chicken cubes, sambal belachan long beans for dinner though I am sick.
well, there wasn't anything else to eat.
unless i could cook plain porridge and eat that again.
i alreadt did eat that last night when my nose and throat was so chocked and blocked that i couldn't sleep at 4.15am.

i didnt do anything to warrant the state i am in now.
anw. i just decided to label all the boxes i have my old books in:
